April 2016- Westfield NJ Project
April is here and we are excited to share one of our projects in Westfield NJ. This 2-story colonial has 3 existing bedrooms and a standard small kitchen, living room and dining room. We are currently working with the owners in order to update and enlarge the first floor, and add a second floor master suite.
The first floor renovations and addition will include enlarging the kitchen, opening up the first floor plan, and adding a family room in what was the sun room. We are also adding a mud room, powder room and office off a new rear entrance.
The new rear entrance and additional rooms will be added next to the existing sun room.
